welcome to the official ben kruger site.

this site has been a long time coming. while my music can be heard and my performance schedule checked at www.myspace.com/benkruger, there are limitations with what can be shared through a small profile--the most noticeable of which is the quality of streaming music, not to mention the limit of 4 songs on a myspace profile.

at this site, you can download good quality, high-bitrate mp3's of the songs you'll hear on myspace as well as a few others. as i record and upload new tracks to my profile, i'm forced to remove songs to make room. here, you can go back through the archives and listen to (or dowload) songs that are no longer on myspace.

after you've checked out the music, feel free to explore the site. on the news page, i'll be posting update on a wide range of topics, from release dates for mp3's and my upcoming debut album to changes in the band lineup to whatever the hell i deem news-worthy.

the live shows page contains a calendar of not only my upcoming performances, but also the performances of other local artists that shouldn't be missed.

beyond that, there are lyrics for a number of my songs, photos from photo-shoots/live shows, a detailed bio about your's truly, and a blog that will cover the ins and outs of recording my debut album, cold in me, as well as my feelings and thoughts about the ever-changing landscape of my solo career.
